Job Description

The Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for activities related to manpower planning, succession planning, and recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, selecting, and preparing job offers.

  1. · Supervise the development and execution of a Manpower Planning & Recruitment framework, policies, procedure and processes, ensuring that they are fully aligned with the Al-Rajhi Holding Company strategic and policy framework.
  2. · Prepare all recruitment plans in line with KSA Labour Law, regulations, standards and Al-Rajhi Investment Company business plans.
  3. · Provide professional support and guidance on manpower planning policies, procedures and processes to division/ department heads, across Al-Rajhi Investment Company.
  4. · Lead the annual manpower planning activity and action plan implementation, including Saudization plan, in coordination with division / department heads and on behalf of the HR department.
  5. · Monitor the consolidation activities of the manpower planning requirements received from the Al-Rajhi Investment Company division / department heads.
  6. · Determine ways to meet Al-Rajhi Investment Company current and future requirements by reviewing and discussing the gaps between the present and future manpower requirements with the concerned director / department head and the Human Resources Manager, as well as conducting appropriate market research.
  7. · Monitor the implementation of the Al-Rajhi Investment Company manpower plan and budget at regular intervals, to ensure compliance across all divisions.
  8. · Develop and maintain the Al-Rajhi Investment Company and Divisional succession plans in order to ensure potential successors for critical positions are identified.
  9. · Supervise the Al-Rajhi Investment Company recruitment activities related to sourcing, screening, selecting, issuing job offers and employment contracts, etc.
  10. · Develop and identify appropriate sources for recruitment to ensure the attraction of suitably qualified candidates for all vacancies in the Al-Rajhi Investment Company.
  11. · Build and maintain relations with recruitment agencies inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in compliance with Saudization requirements.
  12. · Oversee the development of recruitment assessment techniques for all recruitment across Al-Rajhi Investment Company.
  13. · Oversee the screening of job applications and CVs against job vacancy and respective job descriptions.
  14. · Interview potential candidates with the concerned division / department head and provide feedback to the Human Resources Manager and division/department head.
  15. · Develop and conduct any special examinations or screening tests to be taken based on the job / department's specific requirements.
  16. · Oversee the preparation of short-term contracts for the recruitment of fixed term employees, and Hotel Operator’s staff.
  17. · Supervise the recruitment of temporary labor, through identifying and coordinating with recruitment agencies, and work with division/department heads to agree the right number and caliber of candidates required.
  18. · Maintain the recruitment database to ensure all data is accurate and comprehensive, in line with Al-Rajhi Investment Company data management standards.
  19. · Review job offers / contracts drafted by the Recruitment Officer and forward them to the Human Resources Manager for approval.
  20. · Conduct exit interviews with departing employees and ensure their feedback is properly documented.
